We Review Pictures Flagged As Inappropriate
When a picture gets flagged as inappropriate, we review the picture to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use—flagged pictures are not automatically taken down by the system. If we remove your picture after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully, and you should take our warning notification seriously. Please then review our Terms of Use. If you find other pictures on the Website with the same violations, please flag them so we can review them as well!

Other Rules

1. The Website is not for disturbing, inappropriate, or indecent content. If this describes your picture, don’t post it on the Website.

2. Don’t copy other users’ lolz.

3. Don’t use more than 1 account to vote up or down your content or other users’ content.

4. Don’t post pictures showing dangerous or illegal acts.

5. Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed.

6. IPHONERINGTONES.CA is not a shock site. Don’t post gross-out pictures of accidents or anything of a graphic or offensive nature.

7. Respect copyright. Only upload images or ringtones that you made or that you have obtained the rights to use. This means don’t upload images or ringtones you didn’t make, or use content in your images or ringtones that someone else owns the copyright to, such as imges or audio clips made by other users, without their permission. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or may result in termination of your use of the Website and deletion of all your pictures. We decide whether we believe your violation of our Terms of Use should result in termination of your use of the Website.
